AppLabs eCommerce Survey: Holiday Season, 2008
A survey by AppLabs finds that more than 25% of respondents are concerned that their websites are at risk for failure. AppLabs is the largest independent global IT services company specializing in quality management, testing, and certification solutions.
Nearly 60% of respondents of the AppLabs (www.applabs.com) survey stated that their website was either
very important or critical to their business. 40% consider that a website crash would impact their overall business,
with a further 50% believing their customer loyalty and corporate brand would be impacted greatly. AppLabs eCommerce
